Éric joined Aquent in 2005 to re-launch the French office with just a small team of 4 consultants. Through the implementation of innovative and dedicated processes, the original team have developed into a strong high-performing, high-profit market division of 25 consultants.
After three years of growth and success in the French market Éric was promoted in 2008 to the role of Regional Director, Southern Europe. Where his role is now to develop existing markets in Spain and initiate new markets across the whole of Southern Europe.
Éric’s career began over 20 years ago, working in London for Xerox as a junior business analyst. After establishing himself as a reliable and capable player in the business analysis sector he moved across and began to apply his experience to businesses in the recruitment industry. Quickly adding value and efficiency to every aspect of the service.
Returning to France, Éric spent the next ten years employed at Michael Page. After starting in the financial division as consultant and manager, he soon established a strong reputation in the business and was rewarded with the position of Executive Director responsible for the control, launch and management of the sales and marketing service line, with a team of over 70 consultants.
In 2000, Éric became a Partner in Neumann International, an executive search firm, where he managed the European middle management recruitment service line, with a team of over 35 consultants. |
